Change a staff Member's Password.
Sometimes a new staff member will lose their invite email, or even forget their password, or maybe you want to prevent someone from logging in to the Job-Dox system. This article will help you change their password. Employees of Job-Dox cannot lookup passwords. Please contact your sales representative or send an email email@example.com if you have any questions.
Your staff member should immediately be able to log in to Job-Dox. You will want to ensure they are using their entire email address to log in, and the new password you just assigned, of course.
