Getting Logged In

Description:

You need to log in to the web interface to begin using the Job-Dox project management system. This can be done from a wide variety of computers or devices. For list of system requirements, see this Knowledge Base article. 

Process:

The first step to getting logged in is to point your web browser to the URL provided by your system administrator. Contact support@job-dox.com if you are unable to locate this message. Many times, this URL will take the form of:

http://yourcompany.job-dox.com

You will be presented with a simple login screen that appears like this. Your colors may vary

Login Screen

Type in your email address and the password provided by your system administrator. If this is a computer/device that is used exclusively by you, check the box for "Remember Me".

After providing a legitimate email address and typing your password, the Login button will change from gray and you can click it to login. 

Validate:

If there are problems related to your username or password, you should be given an appropriate error message to help you determine the problem. Otherwise, you will be immediately directed to the Job-Dox homepage. From there, you should be ready to get started.
