Submitting a Bug Report


Requires version 0.0.4 or newer

If you encounter a bug in the app, you can submit a support ticket directly from the app. 


First, take screenshots of the issue if possible. Generally the screenshot function on Android devices is accessed by holding lock and either volume up or down.

Next, on any of the main pages, click the menu button with 3 lines. Select 'Settings' on that option list.

Then once in settings, select the 'Contact Support' option.

Selecting 'contact support' will take you to your email client and auto-populate the 'to' field as well as some important information about what version of the app you're using.

Simply enter a description of your issue, and attach an relevant screenshots you took. Then enter a descriptive subject and click send.

Your support ticket will be added to the system once your email is received. You should receive an automated response that your ticket was received.
