Add a Contact to a Project in Job Dox

Part of managing any project, large or small, is keeping up with all the parties involved. Using our Contacts section allows you to collect all of them in a centralized location. Adding contacts to the project also provides JobDox with the required information to automatically notify contacts of certain events.


Starting on the Project Dashboard, use the Navigation Menu to open the Contacts section.

Click the Add Contact button.

The Contact Details form will open. Fill in the new contact's information then click Save.


After clicking save, the newly created contact will display in the contact's list.
